Emergency Programme „Delfin“ for caring relatives
Delfin is aimed at making it easier for you to balance work and family commitments. Our team of carers are on hand if you have to attend an important work appointment and are unable to care for your relative or if your relative suddenly falls ill and work commitments mean that you cannot stay at home to look after them. This support is a great relief for family caregivers with work commitments.
A team of experienced and trained women come into your home at short notice after receiving your phone call. The services offered include caring for and looking after family members requiring care, but we do not offer a professional, mobile outpatient care service.

Costs:
The subsidized rate for staff at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and Siemens AG (Erlangen) is €7. The unsubsidized hourly rate is €17.
