The Dual Career Service is part of the Chancellor’s Office and the University is a member of the Dual Career Network Northern Bavaria (DCNN).
As part of Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg’s family-friendly personnel policies, consideration for partners’ careers constitutes an important factor in recruiting qualified researchers. We discuss matters of relevance for dual career couples during appointment negotiations and the Chancellor is available for discussing dual career issues.
