Individual Childcare

Flexible short- and longterm care for children between the ages of 0 and 14

This is the solution if you are looking for individual childcare. Reliable and flexible childcarers come to your home and look after your children.

Please note: This service is offered in addition to regular childcare services and is not intended to replace nursery, kindergarten, school or after-school clubs. Individual childcare for pre-school and school children must be booked for a minimum of two hours. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to arrange childcare for you. It depends very much on how much advance warning we have and the availability of childcarers. It is not always possible to organize someone to take care of the children.

Where does individual childcare take place? If you live in the Erlangen/Nuremberg region, at your home.

Who cares for the children? FAU students personally known to the Family Service who have experience in caring for children.

Costs: The hourly rate is arranged individually between the childcarer and the parents. The legal minimum wage is taken as a guide.

• Personal contact details
• Address of location where childcare is required
• Age of child/children
• Required length of time
• Hourly rate (should not be less than the legal minimum wage)
• Special requests/requirements for childcarer
