The Friedrich-Alexander-Universität encourages systematically the balance between science, studies, career and family in order to promote excellent performance in science, teaching, and, moreover, in order to meet its social responsibility.

The Family Service cooperates intensively with various partners. Furthermore, we engage in many university committees and working groups, e.g. „Kommission Chancengleichheit“, „Diversity-Audit“ with its diverse working groups, the women’s representatives meeting, the FAU research association „F3G“, the working group workplace health management and many more.
